Just like my group facilitation work, I partner with Advocate Hosts—people who want to sponsor a private retreat—to design memorable, life-changing offsite retreat experiences. These retreats can span one day or several, and work beautifully with groups ranging from 6 to 40 people. What makes these experiences so powerful is that they’re completely tailored to what the group needs and what the host envisions.
These aren’t your typical corporate retreats with trust falls and icebreakers. They’re immersive, transformational experiences designed to create the space and conditions for people to go deeper—into themselves, into their relationships, into what really matters. We step away from the noise and demands of daily life and create an environment where real change can happen.
The topics we explore in these retreats are rich, meaningful, and often profound. Some examples include:
Deep Dive – Going beneath the surface to explore what’s really driving your decisions, behaviors, and patterns.
Seeking Mind/Intuitive Heart – Learning to balance analytical thinking with intuitive wisdom, and discovering when to use each.
Ego Death – Examining the false identities and protective mechanisms that limit your potential and keep you from living authentically.
Life Map – Mapping the journey of your life to see patterns, understand pivotal moments, and chart a new course forward.
Play – Rediscovering the power of play, creativity, and spontaneity that gets lost in the seriousness of adult life.
Forgiveness – Exploring what you’re still carrying that needs to be released, and finding freedom through genuine forgiveness.
Celebration of Life – Honoring what’s good, what’s been accomplished, and what’s worth celebrating in this moment.
Each retreat is customized based on the group’s needs, the host’s vision, and what emerges as we design the experience together. If you’re thinking about sponsoring a retreat that actually changes lives, let’s talk.
